- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the peach filling by cooking cubed peaches with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan until thickened.
- Mix dough ingredients including water, bread flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, milk, cream, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the peach filling evenly over it.
- Prepare the crumb topping by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour until crumbly; sprinkle over the peach filling.
