Ingredients

Scale

For the Frozen Yogurt Base:

  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter (natural or conventional)

  • ¼ to cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

  • Swirl of extra peanut butter or jam

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Whisk or beat until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

Step 2: Churn or Freeze
With Ice Cream Maker:

  1. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions (usually about 20-25 minutes).

  2. When it reaches soft-serve consistency, stir in chocolate chips or chopped peanuts if using.

  3. Transfer to a container and freeze for 2-3 hours for a firmer scoop.

Without Ice Cream Maker:

  1. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.

  2. Stir every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours to reduce ice crystals.

  3. Freeze for 4-5 hours or until scoopable.

Step 3: Serve

  1. Scoop into bowls or cones and top with more chocolate chips, peanut butter drizzle, or berries.

  2. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later.

Notes

Use Full-Fat Yogurt – It provides a richer texture and better freeze.
Natural Peanut Butter – Stir well before using to incorporate the oil.
Soften Before Scooping – Let sit at room temp for 5-10 minutes if too firm.
Layer in Extras – Create swirls of peanut butter or jam for added flavor.
Keep Covered – Prevent freezer burn by sealing your container well.
