Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
- 6 slices Provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, milk, diced bell pepper, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Sauté sliced onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms in olive oil until softened. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
