Notes
Use Shaved Steak – It’s thin, quick-cooking, and perfect for layering.
Make it Crispy – Don’t overcrowd the fries while baking so they stay crispy.
Homemade Sauce – A fresh cheese sauce elevates the whole dish.
Layer It Hot – Assemble while fries and toppings are still warm to keep everything gooey.
Use a Cast Iron Skillet – For a restaurant-style presentation and heat retention.
