- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- 1 garlic clove (finely minced)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (if needed)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
