Ingredients

- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups packed baby spinach leaves
- 2–4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), skin removed
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
