- 2 cups tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook the ground chicken and diced onions until the chicken is browned and the onions are soft, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain excess grease and add minced garlic; sauté for an additional minute.
- Sprinkle in flour and stir for 1-2 minutes before adding basil, oregano, and any optional spices.
- Gradually pour in chicken broth while scraping the bottom of the pot. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a boil before reducing to simmer.
