  • 8 oz frozen cooked salad shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies (corn, carrots, peas)
  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 8 oz package imitation crab (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled turkey turkey bacon
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (divided)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Refrigerated pie crust

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine shrimp, mixed veggies, cream of chicken soup, and milk over medium heat until thawed.
  2. Stir in imitation crab, turkey turkey bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Creole seasoning; heat through for about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a pie plate with non-stick cooking spray and line with one pie crust.
  4. Pour the seafood mixture into the crust and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust and seal edges; cut slits for steam to escape. Brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
