Ingredients
- 8 oz frozen cooked salad shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies (corn, carrots, peas)
- 10.75 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 8 oz package imitation crab (chopped)
- 1/4 cup crumbled turkey turkey bacon
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (divided)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- Refrigerated pie crust
Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine shrimp, mixed veggies, cream of chicken soup, and milk over medium heat until thawed.
- Stir in imitation crab, turkey turkey bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Creole seasoning; heat through for about 6-8 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a pie plate with non-stick cooking spray and line with one pie crust.
