- ¼ cup vegetable oil (divided)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- ½ onion (sliced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (minced)
- 2 tablespoons seasoned flour
- 2–3 cups chicken stock

Instructions
- Pat turkey cutlets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning; rub onto turkey cutlets.
- Coat seasoned turkey in flour mixture; rest for 3–5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook turkey until golden brown (4–5 minutes per side). Transfer to a cooling rack.
- Sauté onion, mushrooms, garlic, and thyme in the same skillet for 5–7 minutes until softened.
- Add butter to skillet; whisk in seasoned flour until smooth. Gradually add chicken stock while whisking until gravy thickens.
- Return turkey to pan; spoon gravy over it and simmer for 15 minutes.
