Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced turkey turkey bacon
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 11-ounce packet frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced turkey turkey bacon until crispy. Reserve half for garnish.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic, thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, shredded chicken, cream cheese, grated cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish (if not using an oven-safe skillet) and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F; then increase to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
