  • 1/2 cup diced turkey turkey bacon
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 11-ounce packet frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced turkey turkey bacon until crispy. Reserve half for garnish.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic, thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, shredded chicken, cream cheese, grated cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish (if not using an oven-safe skillet) and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F; then increase to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with reserved turkey turkey bacon before serving.
