Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Egg Mixture
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
- Stir in the chopped spinach.
Step 2: Cook the Omelette
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting it slightly to spread evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.
Step 3: Add Cheese & Fold
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over one half of the omelette.
- Once the eggs are fully set, use a spatula to carefully fold the omelette in half.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve warm.
Notes
Use Fresh Spinach – It wilts nicely without making the omelette watery.
