  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 12 ounces gluten-free farfalle pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup pasta water (reserved)
  • 8 oz parmesan cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season the beef with olive oil and spices, then sear in a skillet until cooked to your liking. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter, cook minced onion, then add chicken broth and simmer.
  4. Thicken the sauce with flour and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
  5. Combine the pasta, sliced beef, and sauce; mix well to coat.
