  • 13 ounces white chocolate
  • Strawberry Crunch topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup strawberry syrup
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tortillas into 4-inch circles using a cookie cutter.
  2. Brush each circle with melted butter and place them on an upside-down muffin tin. Bake for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  4. Coat cooled shells in melted white chocolate, then dip them in Strawberry Crunch to cover.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream separately and fold into the mixture.
  6. Fill taco shells with cheesecake filling using a piping bag.
