  • 15 drops red or pink liquid food coloring
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 20 Golden Oreos
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) strawberry Jello powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush Golden Oreos into smaller pieces and mix with strawberry Jello powder and melted butter.
  3. In a mixer, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, followed by strawberry extract and food coloring.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; then gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop dough portions, roll in the crushed Oreo mixture, and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 12 minutes; sprinkle more crushed cookie mix on top halfway through baking.
