- ¼ cup strawberry preserves
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1⅓ cups heavy whipping cream
- 16 oz mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- ½ Tbsp orange zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 24 crispy ladyfingers
Instructions
