  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Optional Sides for Serving:

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Steaks

  1. Pat the steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare), depending on thickness.

  4. Transfer to a plate and tent with foil to rest while you prepare the shrimp and sauce.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

  1. Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat.

  3. Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

  4. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Pour in broth and bring to a gentle simmer.

  4. Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

  5. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.

Step 4: Assemble and Serve

  1. Plate the steak and top with shrimp.

  2. Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce.

  3. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

Use Room Temp Steaks – Helps them cook evenly.
Let Steak Rest – Keeps juices locked in for tender results.
Don’t Overcook Shrimp – Just 1–2 minutes per side is enough.
Grate Cheese Fresh – Parmesan melts better and gives a smooth sauce.
Add a Squeeze of Lemon – Brightens the richness of the cream sauce.
