Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cod
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the cod for 1-2 minutes per side, just until lightly golden (it will finish cooking in the oven).
