  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Gruyere cheese, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups panko crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions

  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until just shy of al dente; drain.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; whisk in flour until bubbly.

  5. Stir in half of the cheddar and Gruyere until melted; combine with pasta.
