  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 oz can green beans (drained)
  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  6. Season the mixture with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Top with cream of mushroom soup followed by drained green beans; season this layer as well.
  9. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beans.
  10. Finish by layering frozen tater tots on top in an even fashion.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  12. Let cool slightly before serving.
