  • 1 Small Onion, diced
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 12 Oz Frozen Langostino Tails, thawed and patted dry
  • 16 Oz Lobster Bisque
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Pound Spaghetti, cooked
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the diced onion, halved tomatoes, and minced garlic; season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until onions are translucent.
  2. Add the langostino tails to the skillet; season lightly with salt and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Pour the lobster bisque into the skillet and stir until all ingredients are well combined into a creamy sauce.
  4. Adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, and garlic powder as desired. Fold in the chopped parsley.
  5. Toss in the cooked spaghetti until evenly coated with the sauce. Serve warm with optional Parmesan cheese on top.
