  • 4 large ripe peaches (halved and pitted)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine unsalted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits, and brush the cut sides with olive oil.
  4. Place the peaches skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add a spoonful of the butter mixture into each peach half and continue cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes until caramelized and tender.
  6. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt.
