Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh blackberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and half of the blackberries until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until everything is evenly mixed.
  5. Spoon the graham cracker mixture into Chinet Crystal® cups and press down lightly. Fill each cup with the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set before serving.
  7. Top with additional whipped topping and fresh blackberries just before serving.
