Instructions
- If using frozen ground beef, add 1 cup water to the Instant Pot, seal the lid, and cook on high for 25 minutes. Drain any excess fat after cooking.
- For thawed beef, sauté the ground beef with garlic powder and onion powder until fully cooked.
- Add broth, elbow macaroni, cheddar cheese soup, salt, and pepper to the pot; stir well to combine.
- Seal the lid and cook on high for 4 minutes. Perform a quick release of pressure afterward.
- Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese until melted, then serve warm.
