  • 3 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box (11 oz) vanilla wafers
  • 45 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture until combined.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom. Follow with banana slices and spoon over some of the pudding mixture. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used up.
  4. Crush a few vanilla wafers and sprinkle them on top for added texture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.
