  • 20-ounce can pineapple chunks in 100% juice (reserve juice)
  • 1 green pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions
