Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked bowtie pasta
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 24 oz water
- 1 ½ lb chicken (cut into ½-inch cubes)
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a 9×13-inch casserole dish, combine uncooked bowtie pasta, marinara sauce, water, cubed chicken, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, stir gently, then sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses followed by bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter.
