Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs – The base for fluffy, rich scrambled eggs.
  • ¼ cup milk – Helps make the eggs extra creamy.
  • ½ cup cooked beef, diced – Adds a hearty, savory touch.
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks, finely chopped – For a burst of sweetness.
  • ¼ teaspoon salt – Enhances the flavor of the eggs.
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper – A touch of spice to balance the sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon butter – For a rich, non-stick cooking surface.
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped – Adds freshness and a mild bite.
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – Boosts the savory flavor.

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Egg Mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined and slightly frothy.

Step 2: Cook the Beef & Pineapple

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  2. Add the diced beef and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Toss in the chopped pineapple and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly caramelized.

Step 3: Scramble the Eggs

  1. Lower the heat to medium-low and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  2. Let the eggs sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing the edges toward the center.
  3. Continue stirring occasionally until the eggs are soft, fluffy, and just set.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

  1. Sprinkle the scrambled eggs with chopped green onions.
  2. Serve warm on its own, over rice, or with toasted bread.

Notes

  • Use Low Heat – Cooking eggs over low heat ensures a creamy, fluffy texture.
  • Don’t Overmix – Stir the eggs gently to keep them soft.
  • Add Cheese – A sprinkle of shredded cheese can make these eggs even more delicious.
  • Customize It – Try adding bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
