  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 & 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and finely chopped onion until the meat is browned and the onions are translucent.
  2. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes; mix well.
  3. Add garlic salt, chili powder, oregano, basil, and pepper; simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, boil water in another pot and cook elbow macaroni until al dente; drain.
  5. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet; stir until well coated.
  6. Lower heat and gradually mix in the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan until fully melted.
