Ingredients

Scale

For the Salad:

  • 1 can (29 oz) sliced peaches in juice, drained and chopped

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Extra peach slices

  • Whipped cream

  • Crushed cookies or graham crackers

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cream Base

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well blended.

  3. Stir in dry vanilla pudding mix until combined and thickened.

Step 2: Fold in the Whipped Topping
4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Step 3: Add Fruit and Extras
5. Fold in chopped peaches, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts (if using).
6. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 4: Chill and Serve
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
8. Just before serving, top with extra peach slices and optional whipped cream or cookie crumbles.

Notes

Use Softened Cream Cheese – Blends smoothly and prevents lumps.
Don’t Overmix – Fold gently to keep it fluffy.
Drain Peaches Well – Too much juice will water down the salad.
Add Texture – Chopped nuts or coconut give a nice contrast.
Chill Time Matters – Allows flavors to meld and improves consistency.
