  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set aside.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, mix granulated sugar with 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Add the cut cinnamon roll pieces and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  5. Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle the brown sugar-butter mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate; drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin pie spice on top.
