  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning
  • 3 lbs russet potatoes
  • 6 oz shredded cheese (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add cream of chicken soup, milk, ranch seasoning, and sour cream; mix until smooth.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet; let it simmer in the gravy for about 5–10 minutes.
  5. Boil peeled and chopped potatoes until tender; mash with half-and-half, softened butter, cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.
