  6. Fold in 1/4 cup each of caramel and toffee pieces; reserve the rest for later.
  7. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop.
  8. Bake for 10–11 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  9. Optional: Shape cookies immediately after baking if desired.
  10. Allow cooling on a rack before drizzling warm caramel over each cookie and sprinkling with remaining toffee pieces.
