  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 fresh celery ribs, chopped
  • 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pepper Jack cheese

Instructions

  9. Continue cooking for twelve to fifteen minutes until shrimp reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F.
