- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar (for nougat layer)
- ¼ cup (59.5 g) heavy whipping cream (for nougat layer)
- ¼ cup (64.5 g) creamy peanut butter (for nougat layer)
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff (for nougat layer)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for nougat layer)
- 2 cups (292 g) salted peanuts (for nougat layer)
- 1 bag (11 ounces) caramel bits (for caramel topping)
- ¼ cup (59.5 g) heavy whipping cream (for caramel topping)
- 2 cups (364 g) milk chocolate chips (for chocolate layer)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (for chocolate layer)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Melt butter; mix with egg mixture and vanilla. Combine both mixtures and pour into the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- For the nougat layer, melt butter with sugar, cream, and peanut butter in a saucepan. Mix in marshmallow fluff and peanuts before spreading on top of cooled brownies.
- Melt caramel bits with cream until smooth; drizzle over nougat layer.
- Melt chocolate chips with oil and spread over caramel layer.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before cutting into squares.
