  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Yellow Onion (finely diced)
  • 1/3 cup Bell Pepper (finely diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and whole milk. Add breadcrumbs and set aside for a few minutes.
  2. Incorporate ground beef, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and ketchup into the mixture. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan or casserole dish.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for one hour.
  5. Combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl; after an hour, spread the glaze over the meatloaf and return it to the oven for an additional 10–15 minutes until cooked through.
