- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Whole Milk
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 cup Yellow Onion (finely diced)
- 1/3 cup Bell Pepper (finely diced)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- ½ cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and whole milk. Add breadcrumbs and set aside for a few minutes.
