  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped white onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
