Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set while preparing the filling.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
