For the Layers:

  • 1 (15.25 oz) box Funfetti cake mix

  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 2¾ cups cold milk

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 (8 oz) containers whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus more for topping)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Add-ins:

  • Crushed Golden Oreos for extra crunch

  • White chocolate chips for extra sweetness

  • Extra colorful candy or mini marshmallows for decoration


Instructions

Step 1: Bake the Cake Layers
Prepare the Funfetti cake mix according to package instructions.
Bake the cake in a 9×13-inch pan or on a baking sheet for a thinner layer.
Let the cake cool completely.
Once cooled, slice the cake horizontally into thin layers or crumble into large pieces.

Step 2: Make the Pudding Layer
In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mixes and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Set aside.

Step 3: Make the Cream Cheese Layer
In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold in one container of whipped topping and a handful of rainbow sprinkles.

Step 4: Assemble the Lasagna
Layer 1: Place a layer of cake pieces or a thin cake slice at the bottom of the baking dish.
Layer 2: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cake.
Layer 3: Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the cream cheese layer.
Layer 4: Repeat with another layer of cake, the rest of the cream cheese mixture, and the rest of the pudding.
Layer 5: Top with the second container of whipped topping.

Step 5: Decorate
Sprinkle generously with rainbow sprinkles and extra fun toppings if desired.

Step 6: Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the layers to set.

Step 7: Slice & Serve
Slice into squares and serve chilled.
